Question 1

What does AYOS Technologies do?

Accepted Answer

AYOS develops its own software products and creates purpose-built technology for businesses. We start with how the operation works, then determine whether the useful next step is to keep, simplify, connect, automate, build, or replace something. New software is not automatically the answer.

Question 2

What kinds of systems can AYOS develop?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the requirements, our work can include websites and customer-facing experiences, internal tools, business workflows, web and mobile applications, reporting, integrations, and automation. We define the actual deliverables after understanding the problem, the existing tools, and the project's constraints.

Question 3

Is AYOS only a POS or retail company?

Accepted Answer

No. AYOS POS is one product within AYOS Technologies. We also develop AYOS Venue and work on systems shaped around other business operations. The company is not limited to a single industry, hardware setup, or product category.

Question 4

Can AYOS work with software we already use?

Accepted Answer

We examine existing systems before recommending changes. Depending on their capabilities, access, documentation, security requirements, and the agreed scope, they may be kept, improved, connected, or automated around. Integration is assessed rather than assumed.

Question 5

Do we need to replace our current system?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. If the current system supports the operation well, keeping it may be the right choice. We consider simplification, integration, and targeted improvements before proposing a replacement. A larger rebuild needs a clear business and technical reason.

Question 6

Do I need a technical brief before contacting AYOS?

Accepted Answer

No. Tell us what happens today, what is difficult, who is involved, and what you want to improve. Screenshots, examples, or a simple explanation are helpful if you have them. We can use that context to clarify the requirements together.

Question 7

Does AYOS offer fixed packages or custom solutions?

Accepted Answer

Custom projects are normally defined around the actual requirements instead of being forced into one package. AYOS products may have defined configurations or offerings when available. The consultation helps establish which route applies to your request.

Question 8

How does AYOS decide what to recommend?

Accepted Answer

We look at people, workflows, information, current tools, constraints, and the outcome the business needs. We compare realistic options and aim for the smallest justified change that materially improves the operation. Sometimes that means building; sometimes it does not.

Question 9

Can we approach AYOS with a solution already in mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring your idea, preferred features, references, or existing specifications. We will examine them against the day-to-day operation and discuss any gaps, dependencies, or simpler alternatives before agreeing on the scope.

Question 10

How are scope, timeline, and pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

We first clarify the requirements, dependencies, deliverables, responsibilities, and constraints. Those findings inform the project proposal, estimated schedule, and commercial terms. Any assumptions, exclusions, and change requests should be documented before work proceeds.

Question 11

Can AYOS improve a system we already have?

Accepted Answer

Potentially. We would need to review how it works, what access and documentation are available, and whether modifying it is technically and contractually feasible. A targeted improvement or integration may be more appropriate than rebuilding the entire system.

Question 12

What happens after a project launches?

Accepted Answer

Launch is the start of real operational use. Readiness checks, handoff, training or guidance, support, and follow-up improvements depend on the agreed project scope. We discuss responsibilities and any ongoing arrangement rather than assuming that every project includes indefinite support.

Question 13

What is AYOS POS?

Accepted Answer

AYOS POS is our point-of-sale product being developed around supported retail operations. Its planned operating flow connects checkout, products, inventory, transactions, reporting, and owner visibility with compatible hardware. Its dedicated product website is at pos.ayostechnology.com.

Question 14

What is AYOS Venue?

Accepted Answer

AYOS Venue is an in-development system for venue and resource-based operations, including planned workflows for bookings, availability, resources, staff operations, payments, and check-in. Its exact capabilities and release status should be confirmed directly with AYOS.

Question 15

Are AYOS products available to use now?

Accepted Answer

AYOS POS and AYOS Venue are presented as products in development. The availability of demonstrations, trials, pilots, or a production release can change; contact us for their current status and what, if anything, can be arranged for your business.

Question 16

How are AYOS products different from custom client systems?

Accepted Answer

AYOS products are software we develop for a defined class of operating needs. Custom systems are designed around a particular client's requirements, environment, and agreed scope. During discovery we can discuss whether an existing product, adaptation, integration, or separate solution is appropriate.

Question 17

What should I prepare before a consultation?

Accepted Answer

Nothing formal is required. It helps to know which part of the business you want to improve, how the work happens now, which tools are involved, who uses them, and what success would look like. A current brief is welcome, but a clear description of the problem is enough to begin.

Question 18

Can we contact AYOS if we are unsure what we need?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You do not need to choose the technology or design the final solution before reaching out. Tell us what is happening and what you want to change. We can use the first conversation to establish a practical direction and identify what needs further discovery.

Question 19

What happens after I send a consultation request?

Accepted Answer

We review the details you provide and clarify any important gaps before coordinating the conversation. That discussion helps establish the operating need and an appropriate next step. A project scope, price, or delivery commitment follows only when enough information is available and terms are agreed.
